Leasing workers works well where the demand for people grows faster than your internal HR department can keep up with: during a seasonal rise in orders, a new contract or the launch of another shift. Instead of running recruitment yourself, you receive a ready team and one person on our side with whom you arrange everything as you go.

Every project has a dedicated coordinator in constant contact with you and with the workers. We use our own database of 20,000 specialist CVs and run projects throughout Poland. The average time to fill positions is 7 days, and in many projects the first people start work within a few days.

02 When it makes sense

When employee leasing makes sense

Situation 01

A seasonal or sudden rise in orders

A warehouse or production line needs a dozen or several dozen people for a set period. You scale the team without setting up your own recruitment process.

Situation 02

A shortage of people on the line

Sudden absences or departures threaten production continuity. We fill the gaps from our database so as to avoid downtime.

Situation 03

A new contract or shift

You are launching a new project and do not want to increase permanent headcount straight away. A workforce for a fixed term lets you test the demand.

Situation 04

An HR department without resources for mass recruitment

The agency takes over recruitment, verification, accommodation and formalities, while your team focuses on production and logistics.

03 Good to know

Employee leasing vs temporary work

Employee leasing is the colloquial name for temporary work. The worker is employed by a temporary employment agency and assigned to a user employer, and may work for one user employer for a total of 18 months within 36 consecutive months (up to 36 months when replacing an absent employee). The limit also applies when the worker is assigned by several agencies.

We set the scope of cooperation, the number of people, the period and the division of responsibilities in the offer and the contract after analysing your needs, taking into account the limits resulting from the rules on temporary work.
